Randy Smith's love of agriculture was nurtured on the family farm and continued into early adulthood, when he thrived working for major agricultural poultry processing corporations. He has an intimate knowledge and vast experience in agricultural economics, processing and sales, along with strong management skills. Randy’s extensive network of relationships in the foodservice, agriculture, poultry and processing industries is an asset to Custom Craft’s growth.

Mike Jones
CFO & Partner

Mike Jones is an accountant and executive with extensive management, finance, and operations experience in diverse agricultural businesses. He has worked in sales, manufacturing and administration and has a knack for growing businesses and maximizing profits through smart financial and productivity management.

Mitchell Massey
COO & Partner

At a young age, Mitchell Massey founded a fluid power company that grew into a national leader in the poultry and food processing industries, with three facilities and a nationwide presence. Now, he leverages his extensive ties with Arkansas-based financial institutions, investors, and entrepreneurs to formulate successful projects and is resourceful in troubleshooting and strategic thinking; solving problems and developing optimal results for complex scenarios.

Cole Everett
VP of Co-Manufacturing

Cole Everett joined Custom Craft in early 2019 and leads all sales, purchasing and supply chain for the company. With 30 years of industry experience in sales and marketing, Cole plays a vital role in leading numerous facets of Custom Craft. Cole worked for Simmons Foods for 16 years and Ozark Mountain Poultry for 10 years after graduating from Arkansas Tech University in 1991 with an Ag Business degree.
